About the Photo
Taken inside the church-castle of Spiez, this room was the picture of medieval elegance. This photo is unique in that I did quite a lot of post-processing work on it. First, it's actually a stitched shot from 18 individual photos. This is why the room has a circular feel to it, rather than what a single shot would look like. It was also tone-mapped in Photomatix making it a full HDR shot. The only downside is that by stitching the shots, I lost a little off the left and right edges, making the door on the left look a little cut off. Still pretty happy with the results.
