Venice Canal Photography: Quiet Waterways and Timeless Charm
Above all, Venice is known for it's canals. These canals are more than just waterways though. They are literally the lifeblood of Venice. They carry centuries of history throughout their narrow paths.
As I got intentionally lost wandering through various passages on a quiet evening in the city, the water was calm and still. The surrounding builds reflected in the canals while small boats slowly drifted back and forth along the edges of the canal. It was scenes like this that I wanted to capture the most while in Venice. Scenes that reveal the authentic and peaceful side of Venice as you leave the busier Grand Canal and major city squares, removed from the busier tourist routes.
I'm sure if these waters could speak, they would tell all sorts of amazing stories of generations past. This fine art photograph captures the sense of calmness and history while making it a timeless addition to any space. It makes for the perfect piece inspired by this famous city of Venice and it's canals and waterways.

If you’re looking for luxury and quality, then choosing arcylic for your artwork will certainly make it stand out! Details from the image emerge from the acrylic in an almost HD-like appearance due due to the transparency layer that is infused with iridium particles and is encapsulated in a layer suspended between the white poly surface and Acrylic. I also offer upgrades to TruLife acrylic and both Lumachrome and Ultra HD acrylic papers.. The final product is finished with a recessed float mount that allows for easy hanging without the need of an external frame creating a modern gallery look that is perfect for any home or office. Additionally, Italian hand-made ROMA frames can be added to any acrylic piece.
Signature Series Chromaluxe Metal Prints (Ready to Hang)
Using a method called dye sublimation, Chromaluxe is my choice for metal prints. Chromaluxe metal prints are created by taking an archival fine art print and infusing it into an aluminum sheet, creating a much more durable and visually stunning product than printing directly to aluminum like other metal print methods. Surprisingly light-weight, Chromaluxe metal prints are resistant to scratching while having that shiny, high gloss look that makes an image pop! Larson Juhl and box framed Chromaluxe metal prints are available upon request.
Signature Series Frames (Ready to Hang)
While all of my mounted print styles come ready to hang without the need of an external frame, sometimes collectors want that extra touch of elegance. For that reason, I offer ROMA frames on all of my acrylic, metal and canvas prints. Plaque mount prints can also be framed with Larson Juhl frames. Standard styles include the Tabacchino line, but other ROMA lines are available on request.
