Woodruff Falls

I have now been to Woodruff Falls twice. The first time, the waterfall was nearly bone-dry. The second was after a couple days of rain, which created a unique waterfall that flows out of the rocks below the ledge. I get the feeling that it takes a LOT of rain to get these falls truly flowing at full potential. Woodruff Falls are located in the spillway of Wilson County State Fishing Lake just southeast of Buffalo, Kansas
