Little Jerusalem
Little Jerusalem is a rugged set of badlands north of Lake Scott State Park. It's the largest known exposed section of niobrara chalk in the state. Little Jerusalem can be a little difficult to find if you don't know where you're looking. I drove on for 2-3 miles before realizing I had completely missed it the first time I went out. If you go north from Lake Scott State Park, you'll eventually pass the Little Pyramids which are a smaller version of Monument Rocks. Once passing the Little Pyramids, keep going about a mile and a half until the road turns to the west. This is where Little Jerusalem is located. Instead of turning west, you can either drive the edge of the field down to Little Jerusalem or park and walk to it. I'm almost positive this is private land, so please be respectful.
