Photographic Story

The Lost Lake area, up Kebler Pass, west of Crested Butte, is one of the most beautiful area's in Colorado! On this evening, I walked out into the marshy west side of Lost Lake Slough to set up in hopes of a beautiful sunset on the Ruby Range. The clouds were not cooperating and I was just starting to take down my equipment when clouds to the west must have broke and the Ruby Range started lighting up with some impressive alpineglow!
